What materials can you store?+

Raw materials, metals, plastics, resins, automotive and aerospace parts, machinery components, paper rolls, packaging materials, bulk bags, furniture, and packaged goods. Our facilities are non-climate-controlled and not food-grade. Non-hazardous chemicals can be accommodated — contact us to discuss.

Are your facilities climate-controlled?+

Our three industrial facilities — Hickory Main, Claremont, and Farrington — are non-climate-controlled. They are dry, secure industrial warehouses. Our Hickory Fulfilment Centre is air-conditioned but is a separate facility for e-commerce and White Glove services.

What is the minimum storage commitment?+

Minimums are based on pallet count or floor space and are discussed during quoting. We offer both short-term and long-term agreements. Contact us with your volume and we’ll give you a straight answer on what works.

Do you provide JIT delivery to our facility?+

Yes. We coordinate scheduled deliveries to your production facility based on your production calendar — managing inbound receipts, inventory staging, and outbound dispatch timing to match your line requirements.

Can you handle EDI compliance for retail?+

Yes. We process EDI transactions including 850 POs, 856 ASNs, and 810 invoices. We apply GS1-compliant labels, follow retailer routing guides, and handle palletised shipment prep to retail compliance standards.
