How quickly will you respond?

Which form should I fill in?
If you need storage for raw materials, machinery, oversized goods, or bulk inventory — use the Industrial form. If you need pick, pack and ship, e-commerce fulfilment, kitting, or White Glove services — use the Fulfilment form. Not sure? Call us and we’ll figure it out together.
Is there a minimum volume or commitment?
Minimums vary by service. Industrial storage typically starts at a monthly minimum based on pallet count or floor space. Fulfilment services have minimum monthly order volumes. We’ll discuss what works for your business on the call — no surprises.
Do you work with businesses outside North Carolina?
Yes. While our facilities are in the Catawba Valley, NC, we serve clients across the Eastern United States and beyond. Many of our e-commerce clients ship nationally from our Hickory fulfilment centre. Proximity to I-40 and Highway 321 gives us excellent reach.
Can I visit the facilities before committing?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Seeing the facilities in person is the best way to assess whether we’re the right fit. Contact us to arrange a tour and we’ll set something up at a time that works for you.
Are your facilities food grade or climate controlled?
Our Hickory Fulfilment Centre is fully air-conditioned. None of our facilities are food-grade certified. Our industrial warehouses (Hickory Main, Claremont, Farrington) are non-climate-controlled and suited for raw materials, packaged goods, and dry storage.
